I had a very helpful staff member helping me, and was recommended to size up from my regular. I went with the advice, but unfortunately wish I wouldn't have. I should have went with my gut and asked to at least try my regular size. The shoes feel far too bulky to wear at work, but I've already worn them several times and can't return.

Thanks for the great service. Jakob spent a lot of time with me finding the right shoe. Ordered them in and arrived quickly. My only small beef are the steps into the store. A bit too deep. I like steps that are wider and not as deep. Would be great if there could be a ramp to make It the store accessible

I had to come back to write a review about this place. I can't remember the lady's name who was helping me, but I can say she spent 45 min or an hour with me figuring out what shoes would work for me. I was getting back pain after my allbirds turned out to be too tight for me. I wasn't sure what size would be right for my oddly proportioned feet. We tried on maybe a half dozen shoes in different sizes. The employee watched me walk with them on and made recommendations. I ended up getting the shoes she recommended. Since then, my back pain is gone and my feet feel healthy which I don't think it's something I've ever really felt before. I can feel my toes spreading and my feet starting to take up more space. It's pretty marvelous. Changed my life so much that here I am 3 months later, searching up the store so I can write a positive review.

I worked with Katie who was very knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend shoe fitting with her! I'm sure the others are good too but I only had my experience with Katie. Whole fitting was less than 1 hour.

Good selection of running shoes. They always provide great coupons for run ns events. One the better places to find higher end shoes. Staff is also very knowledgeable about the products they carry. You have a much better experience here than the box store at the mall.

I recently got orthotics, and was given a list of places from my Dr to get new sneakers. One being Aerobics First. The young man(Mason) who waited on my was great. He read the paper from my Dr as to what I needed in sneakers. For the first time in my life my feet were measured and sized properly. Mason picked out a few sneakers to for me to try. The first pair I put on I could instantly feel a difference in my feet. After walking around a bit I could feel myself walking better. The service I had today was awesome I will definitely be going back to get my next pair of sneakers. Thanks for making shopping for new sneakers less stressful for someone who hates shopping for footwear

On the advice of a friend and due to my many foot and knee-related health issues, I visited Aerobics first. Where most shoe stores just ask you what size shoe you take, I was asked what activites I take part in and whether I had any physical issues. We went over different shoe construction and the young lady shared her reasoning for why she thought each shoe might be a fit for me. She really took her time asking me all the relevant questions and she was extremely knowledgeable. I feel that I got the best shoe for me and am now walking around comfortably and happily in my new shoes.

Had a great experience buying running shoes here. Didn't have the best of collection but the lady was so patient enough to suggest shoes that might work for my pronation. Tried multiple shoes for an hour and finally stuck to one which seemed like a natural fit. The shoe feels great. World of difference compared to shopping at sportchek.
